Is a one day session focused on identifying the purpose, uses and elements if the business planning while giving participants the opportunity to work through the section as well.

In this Market Research course we focus on Consumer Research and touch on the basics of Business to Business (B2B) Research. By the end of the course you will have the tools and resources to identify, collect and analyze the appropriate information to help you make informed decisions.

Gain an understanding of the elements of marketing and how they relate to one another to become the Process of Marketing. Desired result is an understanding of how an effective Marketing Plan is the result of an effective Business Plan ... and how a Business Plan will only work by implementing an effective Marketing Plan. Understanding marketing as a process requires planning to market on a regular basis ~ not sporadically~ to achieve your ultimate goal.
Design Techniques: Instructor: Doug Wills Price: $50.00 Running Time: 7 hours
The Design Techniques workshop assists participants in understanding the need for a clear, concise visual presentation of their business image. Through presentations, discussions, and exercises participants begin to discover how a strong visual presence can help make their business flourish. During the workshop we take time to brainstorm as a group and develop logo concepts, colour combinations, and print layouts for business cards, letterhead, and brochures for each participant
Sales: Instructor: Debbie Reid Price: $75.00 Running Time: 4 hours
A program designed to further examine the sales element of the marketing plan and define the six steps of selling, defining it as a process. The stigma of the traditional sales person is discussed to show that consultative sales are beneficial to both parties, removing the fear of selling. We will discuss the responsibility of the sales person to provide appropriate options/information/benefit to a client as opposed to viewing this as selling. Take away techniques will be offered for dealing with objection and resistance...and, in fact, embracing them as part of a successful selling process.

This program will define the importance of customer service within an organization resulting in an understanding of how attitude towards customer service effects an organization's overall culture, and ties into both the Business and Marketing Plan. We will focus on the handling difficult customers using a four step process that will build confidence while preparing participants to handle most any customer service situation.
